These Chicken Kebabs are a healthy, lightly seasoned zero carb chicken skewer

Ingredients:
- 1 large chicken breast
- Olive oil or coconut oil
- Season with optional Garlic powder and dash of lime juice
- Optionally add onion, capsicum, mushroom or firm tofu, however this will all affect carb count
Instructions:
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 5 mins while chopping the chicken. This will reduce the likelihood of the skewers burning during cooking. Alternatively use steel skewers
- Chop 1 chicken breast into uniform cube shapes. Approximately 2 cm by 2 cm.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewer. approximately 8 cubes per skewer. 1 Chicken breast should do a bout 4 skewers
- Cook on a hot bbq or skillet for 12 minutes, turning 3 times. The small size of the chicken cubes on the skewers should ensure that they cook thoroughly in that time. Always check the largest piece before serving, and if still pink, make sure to cook until white. You can use a cooking thermometer to check; 74 degrees Celsius (165 degrees Fahrenheit)
