This is a quick, low carb, microwave version of creamy scrambled eggs. Vegetarian unless you add bacon!

Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- ~75 ml (1/3 cup) of cream
- Teaspoon of butter
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
- Crack eggs into microwave safe bowl
- Add cream and salt and whisk until the yokes have dispersed into the liquid
- Microwave on high for 2 mins, then stir
- Microwave for 45 seconds, then stir
- Microwave for 45 seconds, gently fold the mixture and then it should be a lumpy yet creamy consistency depending upon the power of your microwave. Having those 3 cooking intervals gives you a chance to check through the process
