Ingredients:
- 400 grams of frozen cauliflower (or fresh)
- 100 grams of shredded mozarella or ‘Costco Mexican blend’
- Salt
- Pepper or herbs
Instructions:
- Place the cauliflower pieces into a microwave safe bowl
- Cook on high for 10 mins
- With the Cauliflower still in the bowl, use a bread knife to chop the cauliflower up into smaller pea sized pieces
- Add the cheese, salt, pepper and herbs and firmly stir it through
- This is ready to enjoy
