These Zoodles are made for Zucchini cut into strings. This is a great substitute for pasta or noodles in a dish.

Ingredients:
- 1 large Zucchini
- Olive oil or coconut oil
- Season with optional Chillies, Garlic, Pepper, Salt
Instructions:
- Use a spiraliser, peeler or mandolin slicer to cut the Zucchini into strands
- Heat oil in a frypan at a medium to high heat and carefully add the zoodles and seasoning
- Stir a few times within 2 mins
- Ready to serve. Goes well with a sauce on top such as carbonara, fettuccine or a green curry
